Thick Noodles. Wheat flour noodles, beansprouts, onions, cabbage, peppers, garlic, carrots and a special Japanese tangy sauce. Garnished with sesame seeds.
Flat rice noodles tossed with egg, bean sprouts, tamarind, lime, spring onions and coriander. Served with crushed peanuts.
Aubergine, sweet basil, kaffir lime leaves and bamboo shoots are gently simmered with our green chilli paste and coconut milk.
